加热/冷却模块，适用于SEM -25°C 至 +50°C，或作为扩展版本，适用于 -50°C 至 +100°C（10-3mbar），加热/冷却速度大于每分钟 30°C！
通过PID控制实现快速温度变化。
温度精度为 1/10°C。
包括水系统、“Quick-lock ”快速拆卸紧固件（水冷）以及真空法兰和用于SEM样品台的安装机构。
可将样品安装在标准针形样品盘上或直接安装在Peltier模块的温控表面上。
