High Precision Miniaturized X-Y-R-T Module
The module shown in this photograph can be used for a number of applications. There is a vacuum-version, and one for the use at air, or in an inert gas atmosphere. DC-motors with encoders can also be used for all driving axes.
Range: X = Y = 25 mm; R = rotation is unlimited, T = -60° to +60° mm. Larger coverage or additional axes upon request.
