High Precision R-T Substage with Encoders
The special substage (= "stage on the stage") shown in this photograph can be used for a number of applications. There is a vacuum-version, and one for the use at air, or in inert gas atmosphere. DC-motors with encoders are used for the drive axes in R and T.
Range: R = rotation is unlimited, T = -10° ... +90° mm. Larger coverage upon request.
