The company was founded in 1995 by Walter Kammrath and Konrad Weiss. Both of us are looking back on a long career of developing special instrumentation, prototypes, and custom tailored solutions. The main part of our work — traditionally grown — is in microscopy. Scanning electron microscope accessories are the keyword for which we are well known. But as time goes on, more and more new fields are being added, some of which have nothing to do with microscopy.
